When you need support, help is available. The most important thing is that you don’t stay alone with your worries. It’s worth seeking help, even if asking for help may feel difficult for you. You have the right to receive help, also at Christmas. 💛

Help may be needed during the Christmas season as well, and the holidays can feel difficult in many ways. You don’t have to cope alone. We have compiled a list of services that are available during Christmas too.
