The goal of NyytiCoaching is to support students in clarifying their own direction and transitioning into working life. Through coaching, students strengthen their self-awareness and confidence in the future, while learning to recognize their professional potential and resources.

NyytiCoaching is individual coaching where the coach helps the student clarify their goals and opportunities. NyytiCoaching is not job-seeking training, such as guidance on application processes or CV writing. Instead, the focus is on identifying personal goals and potential related to working life and career, thereby clarifying the individual’s professional direction.

Coaching is free of charge. The coaches are trained professional coaches, and the program is coordinated by Nyyti ry in collaboration with a nationwide network of professional coaches.

Student experiences

Before coaching I had plans for my future but it was not organized. I had strengths but never explore it. Similarly, there were weaknesses but I had not realized it. In my opinion it is necessary that one have understanding of his own strength and weakness. Moreover, I also learned how to integrate myself in new environment and new country” (Student, Spring 2022)
