What is the Nyyti AI Assistant?

The Nyyti AI Assistant on the Nyyti.fi website is an AI-powered chatbot designed to engage users in conversation and guide them toward the activities and informational content provided by Nyyti ry. The AI Assistant complements the other functions of Nyyti ry.

Conversations with the Nyyti AI Assistant

  • Conversations are stored and may be used for service development and quality improvement.
  • In situations where there is a serious concern for safety (such as suicidal thoughts or the risk of harming others), information may be disclosed to the authorities.
  • Conversation records are deleted from the VoiceFlow service one (1) month after being stored.

Data Protection and Data Processing

  • Conversations are handled in accordance with Nyyti ry’s data protection practices. Read more about these practices [here].
  • Before starting a conversation, users are asked to actively consent to the storage of their conversations. If the user does not grant consent, the AI Assistant will end the conversation.
  • The Nyyti.fi website uses a third-party application to provide users with the AI Assistant. The assistant is maintained through the VoiceFlow service. Nyyti ry does not collect users’ personal data in connection with the AI Assistant.
  • The AI Assistant uses the VoiceFlow service, and data may be transferred outside the EU or EEA within the VoiceFlow system. VoiceFlow confirms that it is GDPR-compliant and that it follows the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in processing personal data.
